We process account details, authentication information, billing identifiers, prompts, tool settings, uploaded media, generated results and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment card information is handled by Stripe. Sahera AI does not store complete card numbers.

We use information to authenticate users, perform requested AI services, maintain project history, administer credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve service reliability.

Depending on the tool selected, inputs may be processed by service providers including OpenAI, Perfect Corp/YouCam, DuiX, InsForge and Stripe. Only use Sahera AI for information and media you are permitted to share with those processors.

Account and project information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request account or project deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention or law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Sahera AI is not directed to children under 13, and users below the age of digital consent in their region should not create an account without appropriate authorization.
