You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Credits are shared across eligible services, have different usage weights and reset at renewal without rollover. Prices, plan allowances and tool costs are displayed before purchase and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

You retain your rights in content you upload and grant Sahera AI and its processors the limited permission needed to provide the requested service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or contractual rights.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable. Expert assistants provide general information only and are not substitutes for licensed professionals. Do not rely on Sahera AI for emergencies or make high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats or material violations of these terms. Tools may change or become temporarily unavailable because Sahera AI depends on third-party models and infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahera AI is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or any particular output. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
